Our unique soothing blends of 100% organic essential oils. There are zero hidden ingredients. Zero fillers. Just pure plant medicine.

Developed by Aromatherapist and Holistic Healing Practitioner, Ali creates each blend based on real people in real life. She tests out each blend to be sure that it is truly effective and then makes them available in our shop.

Each inhaler is made upon order so that it is fresh and potent for your aromatherapy pleasure. If there is a custom inhaler you would like made with different oils or for a different purpose, simply message us. Ali loves developing new products that genuinely help others.

3) Allergy Season: made with organic essential oils of Lavender, Eucalyptus, Tee Tree, Frankincense, Peppermint

4) Allergy Season SPB (safe for pregnant & breastfeeding mamas): made with organic essential oils of Lavender, Tea Tree, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile

5) Calm Current (anger management): made with organic essential oils of Rosemary, Peppermint, Frankincense, Lavender, Ylang Ylang

6) Calm Current SPB (anger management; safe for pregnant & breastfeeding mamas): made with organic essential oils of Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Frankincense, Lavender

7) Gentle Flow SB (monthly cycle; safe for breastfeeding mamas): made with organic essential oils of Clary Sage, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Geranium Bourbon

8) Custom Order #1: This is for the first time you are ordering a particular custom inhaler.

9) Custom Order Repeat or Simple: This is for repeat custom orders, or simple orders with just one essential oil.

HOW TO USE
Raise inhaler to one nostril (avoid skin contact with tip of inhaler). Inhale deeply. Repeat with other nostril. smile. Close cap.

Our aromatherapy line is inspired by the products that Ali, founder of Sophia Insight Organics, created and used when pregnant and breastfeeding.
