Organic essential oils of rosemary, roman chamomile, eucalyptus, peppermint, sandalwood, & frankincense

HOW TO USE
Remove cap. Raise inhaler to one nostril (avoid skin contact with tip of inhaler). Inhale deeply. Repeat with the other nostril. Close cap.

DO NOT use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
DO NOT use with kids under 10 years old.
